Spiced Apple & Cashew Loaf
A lightly spiced cake filled with apple and crunchy cashew nuts. Best served warm, slathered with salted butter with a nice cup of coffee or tea!
Try the sugar-free version of this loaf if you'd like a healthier option. The sugar in this version is substituted with Lakanto monkfruit sweetener which is natural and zero-glycemic.
Storage tip: This loaf is best enjoyed at room temperature. Please store it whole in a sealed container in the fridge. When ready to serve, please warm it up in the microwave for about 10 - 15 seconds on medium heat.
